Important - My current house mate is moving out and is wanting to sublet his room for the month (feb) Someone else is moving in long term in march so the room is only free for 4 weeks
The room has just been freshly painted with a brand-new floor, and the bathroom has been fully replaced. The flat is spacious and on a corner, so it gets plenty of natural light.
Facilities include:
Swimming pool, sauna, and hot tub
Private garage for parking (I have a spot but only one and I don't own a car)
Private garden and BBQ area
Water included in rent
Bills not included - rough estimate:
Council tax: Band D ~(£90/month I think each)
Electric: depending on use
Broadband: ~£15/month - 1G (FAST)
About me:
I’m 26, have lived in Manchester for 8 years, and work from home in broadcast technology for ITV (Mon–Fri, 9–5). I’m into DJing (own decks) but don't worry I am respectful, sports (football, F1, cricket, etc.), and going out for beers with friends. I also like running and gym to and when I can eating well.
What I’m looking for:
as its only for a month, someone chill, easy going and fun and odviously respectful, would also be nice if working hours matched up with my own (9-5)
