City Centre double room, parking, pool and gym

The room has just been freshly painted with a brand-new floor, and the bathroom has been fully replaced. The flat is spacious and on a corner, so it gets plenty of natural light.

Facilities include:

Swimming pool, sauna, and hot tub

Private garage for parking (I have a spot but only one and I don't own a car)

Private garden and BBQ area

Water included in rent

Bills not included - rough estimate:

Council tax: Band D ~(£70/month I think)

Electric: ~£45/month (up to ~£60 in winter)

Broadband: ~£15/month - 1G (FAST)

About me:
I’m 26, have lived in Manchester for 8 years, and work from home in broadcast technology for ITV (Mon–Fri, 9–5). I’m into DJing (own decks), sports (football, F1, cricket, etc.), and going out for beers with friends. I also smoke FYI

What I’m looking for:
Someone fun, social, and ideally working similar hours (Mon–Fri, 9–5). If you like gigs, music events, or Friday night beers, we’ll probably get along. I’m also respectful of personal space and easy-going.

I have not posted any pictures yet as I need to do some cleaning and fixing up first.

Also worth noting that I am doing bits and bobs on the flat so might be mild disruption from time to time but I will always be open and communicate this.
