Room available in the New Vic

I am looking at extending the current tenancy agreement that I have at this flat and need someone to join the tenancy as my current flatmate is moving out due to his work moving office.

The flat is located in an ideal location in Manchester City centre right next to Victoria train station, and a couple of minutes walk away from the northern quarter as well as the Arndale shopping centre.

As one of the rooms has an en-suite, the advertised room has its own bathroom. The flat has everything you need in the kitchen, a washer dryer, and large sliding doors that open to the balcony that looks out on Manchester and gets the sun all day.

The apartment building has a gym that’s free to residents with lots of equipment, a games room, cinema room and dining room. As well as areas to work if wfh. There is also bike storage and a car park underneath the building (a car parking spot costs extra)

I’m a graduate process engineer working 5 days a week, during the week I tend to go to the gym or play some sort of sport after work (usually padel, tennis, or football) and on the weekend I enjoy going for a drink or going out for the day somewhere. I’m looking for someone with similar interests, and is also respectful of the flat and each other.
