Lovely double room available in a 2 bed 1 bath flat in NQ. Highly desirable location. Sadly my current flatmate is moving out, so I am looking to replace her in order to renew the tenancy for October 16th.
The double room comes with bed, wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. The rest is my flatmates and she will be taking it with her.
About me:
30 year old, WFH, clean/tidy, respectful of space, likes to spend time outside of home when not working. Enjoys nights in.
Looking for:
An emotionally mature flatmate, who respects the flat/keeps shared spaces tidy, my ideal flatmate would work outside of the home since I work from home (it keeps it from feeling crowded plus my work is confidential meetings).
Treating a shared space like home is ideal! I am not looking for forced friendship, I am really friendly, and if organically we become friends great - but we don't have to be! I love being able to live with another adult who wants a home, but like me is unable to afford on their own, so lets make the space work for the both of us.
