I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into my apartment with new at Anaconda Cut in central Manchester (M3 7HT). It’s a 5 minute walk from Selfridges, so really central.
The room is a good-sized double, fully furnished, and you’ll have your own bathroom. The flat has a living room, kitchen, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Council tax band D.
The building is amazing with a free gym, cinema room, rooftop terrace on the 17th floor, a communal lounge with a pool table, concierge and meeting rooms. The apartment is on the 30th floor out of 43 so the views are unreal.
I also have two cats, Aurora and Takita, who are really, really cute and super friendly, so you’ll need to be okay living with pets.
About me: I’d prefer another girl, ideally a professional, who’s easygoing, social and likes a mix of chilled nights in and going out. Someone fun, tidy and who I can get on with as a mate as well as a flatmate.
