I’m looking to rent out the main bedroom in my newly renovated flat to a lodger for up to 6 months.
I’ve had a few lodgers over the last 2 years renting the smaller room in my flat and it’s worked very well, but now my work commitments have changed and I’m looking to rent out the big room, whilst I have the small room.
It’s worth noting I’ll be away most of the week for work so the flat would very much be your own for 90% of the time! So you could treat this as a rental mainly as your own flat, with my staying one or 2 nights a week max.
The flat is centrally located in NQ, 7 minutes walk from Piccadilly station or 2 minutes walk from Stevie Sq. It is newly renovated and comes fully furnished. There are 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen living space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the living space also comes fully kitted out. There is also a desk if you need to WFH occasionally, plus high speed hyperoptic internet.
The bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, coat rack, 2 bedside tables, a tall boy chest of drawers, TV, lamps, small sofa, long mirror, picture shelves and the best bit an en-suite with shower.
It also has a balcony which is furnished too.
I’m looking for someone who is looking for a rental up to 6 months to March 2026 of a large double room with en suite, who appreciates their own space and needs to be close to the city centre.
Bills are all included the price too so it is 1 payment a month to keep it simple.
I’m open to the idea of short term lets and flexible contract lengths also.
