Looking for a female flatmate for a 2b2b

I’m looking for a female flatmate (student) to share a 2b2b apartment with me.
• I’ve already put down a deposit to secure this flat and I did the viewing back in June.
• The contract is for 10 months (I’m renting directly with the landlord, so it’s fine if you want to extend the tenancy).
• Move-in date: 30/9
• Free WiFi
• Washing machine available
• Layout S5: 1 bedroom with private ensuite bathroom (master), 1 bedroom with shared bathroom next door.

🚎 Location: only about 5 minutes’ walk to Piccadilly Station (very convenient for travelling to other cities), 15 minutes’ walk to University of Manchester or you can also take the bus, which takes 15 minutes.

💰 £987.5/month (excluding utility bills. The staff said bills usually cost ~£100–150 depending on usage, split between the two of us)

• Note: I don’t have a guarantor and I don’t need to pay council tax, so I just need to find a flatmate who is also a current undergraduate or master’s student.
• Bills must be paid up-front for 10 months.
