My flat mate is sadly moving out and I’m looking for someone else to move in with me. I have been here for 2 years and is an amazing flat!
🏢 The Astley: Fairly new building with co working space down stairs, roof top garden with amazing views, 24/7 security with secure postal room. The building also puts on social events every month too! 5 min walk to Piccadilly gardens, 8 min walk to train station.
Flat: Modern with large kitchen/living room, 1 bathroom with bath. Bedroom is fully furnished with new carpets and does not get road traffic noise! Rent is £745 which is cheap for the area, total bills average £140 each per month.
About me: 28 years old working as a HR business partner so I’m mostly in the office up the road from here, clean and tidy, like city breaks, hiking, gym and running (great run clubs in the area!). Social but do like my quiet nights in too. I have a fair few friends in city centre so I’m normally out during the day at the weekends. LGBT ally as well.
Looking for someone who’s clean, tidy and respectful, and pays the bills on time :)
