Double bedroom with own bathroom in the city Centr

Hi I’m looking for a flatmate to move into the spare room in my apartment!

I’ve been in Manchester since February, I live in a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment in the city centre on my own and I do not use the spare room so I makes sense if someone could make use of it.

The flat itself is really nice corner flat on the 27th floor overlooking the city centre. The flat is fully furnished with a lounge and open kitchen diner.

The flat is in Anaconda cut in the city centre, it’s just a few minutes walk from the likes of Victoria train station and Exchange Square tram stop.

The room itself isn't huge (I pay more rent for a bigger room), but has all the same features: double bed, large wardrobe, draws etc. It does have the larger bathroom which you would have sole use of as I have the en suite.

Rent £700pcm
Council Tax and bills about £150pcm

My tenancy ends on the 31st January but I am hoping to renew this

The building itself has:
- 24hr Concierge
- Gym
- Cinema room
- Rooftop outdoor terrace
- Sky lounge on the 43rd Floor
- Parking (but there is a waiting list)

A bit about me… I’m 24 originally from Sheffield but moved to Manchester for work back in February. I work at the airport so I do work shifts and quite often on weekends too.
I would describe myself outgoing friendly person. I am sociable but i but i do sometimes like my own space. I do love a night at home just as much as a night out! I would like to share with someone who is clean and considerate and also friendly.
