Double room available in the spinningfields area (The Filaments apartment building).

The room is a fully furnished double bedroom with a built in wardrobe and some storage space.

The main bathroom will be yours and there is a shared living room/kitchen with a dishwasher and a balcony.

There is also a large storage cupboard with a washing machine included.

The Filaments is a great apartment block with an outside shared terrace space, a coworking area and a residents lounge that can be booked out for free. There is also a gym on site and 24/7 concierge which makes it a really safe space and easy for parcel deliveries.

It’s a 2min walk to Salford central train station and the Salford bus stop and around a 15/20 minute walk to St. Peter’s Square and Deansgate tram stops.

Rent is £740 a month which includes wifi. Council tax/electicity/water comes to £160 pm (£900 overall).

It’s a non-smoking building (would need to go out the front to smoke) and no pets allowed in this particular block.

Parking doesn’t come with the rent however you can rent out a space for an extra fee if required.

About me:

I’m a 24 year old accountant who works in the city centre (hybrid around 2 days wfh).

I enjoy reading and chilled nights in after work but also going out for food and drinks around Spinningfields/NQ on the weekends.

My flatmate is moving to London and so looking for someone to take over her room when the lease is renewed (needs to be completed by 16th Sept)

I would really like to be friends with my flatmate and while I do enjoy my own space, it would be great if we could chill in the evenings with a glass of wine or go for food on a weekend.
