Looking for 1x flatmate starting November 14th - Oldham street, Northern quarter
Rent is 500 a month - bills not included (they usually sit around 70pounds each a month or so)
The flats really social, living area is super big between 3 people and a really nice layout. Location is great, you’re really close to everything as you’d expect on Oldham street.
Has 2x bathrooms, dishwasher, drier, washing machine and access to the roof which is pretty fun. 6x person table/chairs and all rooms are double beds.
Current flatmates are moving abroad/home and other pals already have places sorted so looking for some flatmates.
At the moment there is me and another guy (24) that will be here from sep onwards - he’s super lovely and we’re both happy to live with either another guy or girl - really no preference.
I’ve just graduated from interior design at MMU and am starting my masters in architecture and adaptive reuse in September at MSoA.
Ideally would be looking for someone a similar age (I’m 22) - I love a hike, climb, rave, little trip to the bakery, coffee, pints, life drawing, dog walk etc I’m usually just up for anything - enjoy being social !
