The location is great for transport links and is walking distance to the following hubs:
- Shudehill Metrolink / Coach Station (1 minute)
- Exchange Square Metrolink (7 minutes)
- Victoria Train Station (7 minutes)
- Piccadilly Train Station (13 minutes)
The fully furnished double room comes with priority access to the main bathroom and there's a balcony off the living room. The building has a secure parcel area, a cycle storage facility and lift access to all floors.
The rent for the room is £800 per calendar month. The following bills amount to approximately £200 per person each month:

About me
I’m 30 and work full time in professional services as a consultant town planner. I work from home a few days a week and it’d be ideal to live with someone who predominately has an in-office work schedule.
Outside of work, I love travel, the cinema, going to concerts and discovering new foodie / drink spots. I’m not out every weekend and I’d love to find someone who’s clean, respectful of shared spaces, and ideally up for the occasional dinner or catch-up after work.
