I am relocating to a different city and so am looking for a new female occupant to take my place from 1st November.
You would be sharing with 2 lovely sisters aged 24 and 23. Mol works in sports marketing and loves running; Laura works in primary teaching and loves crocheting. They are both so friendly and love to have a night in cooking dinner together or a night out in the pub!
The flat is in an ideal location - very central and in the heart of the trendy and vibrant Northern Quarter neighbourhood, with great restaurants, bars and shops just round the corner, but tucked away from the noise.
The room is fully furnished complete with a double bed, desk, dressing table, beside table, shelves and wardrobe, and it also has a small balcony. The downstairs kitchen/living room is fresh and modern and has a balcony that catches the sun.
The girls are ideally looking for someone who rarely works from home as Mol works from home in the kitchen most days.
The monthly rent for the room is £644 and bills come to just over £100 each month. The council tax band is A.
