Britton House is the white rendered building with glazed entrance containing wooden paneling saying 'Britton House' facing North towards The Fort at the top of the Green Quarter gardens, with the Co-op convenience store at the opposite bottom end towards town.

There is a lift up to Floor 13.

From the Northern Quarter, Shudehill Interchange or oval glazed lit up Co-op Ark, one can walk under Ducie Bridge, past Green quarter Co-Op, through the Green Quarter grounds along the water feature, up to the entrance to Britton House round the top of the estate. The buildings are tall, rendered white with a glazed entrance facing North towards the Manchester Fort.

Nearby to eat are GRUB at Red Bank, Greenquarter Co-op,
the Arndale shopping Centre with fresh food market, Printworks, Xmas markets, Northern Quarter.
