I am looking for someone to take over my room in 2 bed flat Manchester City center. It’s £650 rent and £650 deposit plus bills which comes to £820 per month.
About the room. It is double en-suite room. It comes with obviously haha bed, mattress, two bed side table that are in the picture and the wardrobe.
About the flat you will be sharing living room and kitchen. The flat is on the 8th floor. There is parking included underground in the tower on -1 floor it is secured and each flat got one parking spot. There is little balcony in the flat. There is washing machine and dryer.
About your flatmate. You will be sharing with Pete. He’s 26 wfh and sometimes from the office. He’s super nice and make you feel welcome. He’s into gym and if you like love island you will get on well.
About the area. The building it’s next to Victoria Station. There is coop 3 min away. There is gyms within 10min away. There is Lidl, B&M and M&S and more shops 10min away. There is bus stop literally around the Conner.
