New Islington Flat w balcony

We have a room with a balcony and a walk in wardrobe going in our lovely flat! The room as a 3/4 bed and fully furnished with a desk.

This is a central flat over looking the canal in new Islington, 5 mins from northern quarter / picadilly.

We are looking for someone to be a friend as well as a flatmate. Evie and I have been friends since uni and we like making dinner together and hanging out so we would like to involve you in that! The kitchen is small so we share most things and replace them as and when. A social, clean and happy individual would be ideal.

In terms of what we like - we really enjoy music -gigs, events and festivals - we like hosting dinner for our friends, walks and pub etc.

No students, sorry! We both work 9-5s. I wfh 2/3 times a week, Evie 1. I work in social value at a construction company and Evie works at RA so we keep it tame on school nights.

Bills are about 140 a month.
