My flatmate’s sadly moving out so I’m looking for someone lovely to fill her room and share this flat with!
It’s a good-sized room with a double bed and an ensuite. It’s furnished with a rail, 2x bedside tables, a big wardrobe and a desk for anyone who works remotely.
In the communal area we have a nice open kitchen, a living room and a small balcony.
The flat’s in a great location as we’re a 10min walk from Victoria station and a 13min walk from Shudehill bus station.
I am ideally looking a friendly, tidy and social female flatmate. Happy to respect privacy ofc and understand that everyone can have their own space when wanted/needed but would love to be able to get along with my flatmate and have a catch up in the evening while making dinner!
Rent is £650 and bills are not included but they’re roughly around £160-180 which include the usual (water, gas, wifi etc)
Alongside the deposit (£650), there will be additional fees for the change of tenancy as well as reference checks which will be £239. The lettings agency will require also proof of ID, right to rent and proof income.
The contract would be for 12 months and I would need for the paperwork/reference checks, payments etc to be done by the 9th October at which point, the room will be ready to be moved into.
