My double bedroom, with an ensuite, is available from the 1st January. Reason for moving is due to no fault of the flat, but simply because I am moving in with my boyfriend!
My flatmate will be staying, she is a 25 year old professional, works between the office and the flat, so ideally looking for someone who also works mainly in the office:)
The flat is located in Affinify living riverside, with views of the river! No direct traffic or main road, so it’s incredibly quiet. 24hr concierge, free coffee machine and cinema room.
The flat itself is located on the 1st floor, which has the highest ceiling height in the building!
The door opens into the kitchen and living room, with all integrated appliances such as big fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
WiFi is included, and I can also negotiate on leaving a load of furniture behind, as I won’t be needing it!:)
