Room available in Manchester city centre

I will have an en-suite room available in a 2 bedroom flat in Manchester city centre. I have stayed in this flat for 3 years now but sadly my current flatmate decided to move back to her country so I’m looking for a replacement.

All bills are usually about £100-120 each + council tax £109, but the water and electricity might be significantly lower depending on whether you WFH much and your usage.

Council tax band D.

I’m looking for someone easy going and tidy, I love to go for drinks from time to time but I’m not a massive party girl, I love my chilled evenings and peace.

You will have your own bathroom so the only shared space will be the living room and kitchen.

The move in is preferably between 1st of November and 10th of November, however, there is a bit of a flexibility on earlier move in so feel free to send me a message.

I’m also flexible with the age but working professional only.
