I am looking to vacate the property pretty quickly, Oct 14th, having lost my job in July and wanting to relocate to Australia.
The apartment is really bright, spacious, has fantastic views over the canal and we have no bother from the neighbours.
Current flatmate is clean, tidy, professional and doesn't drink so would prefer someone who has put their party days behind them (or keeps them to a minimal) and who will help keep the flat clean, tidy and respectable.
The other room has an en-suite so you will have your own bathroom as shown in the images.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, electric stove & microwave.
Current flatmate is away on holiday till Oct 4th so we can arrange viewings from Sunday Oct 5th.
Bills currently come to approximately £200 each per month and we are in Council Tax Band D.
