The room is only available due to current room-mate moving out to buy a house

Room is furnished as standard with a double bed, mattress and bedside cabinets. Current room-mate is happy to sell extra furniture with room (Ikea desk with drawers and cubed storage). Triple compartment built in wardrobes giving plenty of storage!
