I’m moving flats for work, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 2 bed flat right in central Manchester, just next to the Gay Village. The location is amazing - really safe, with loads of cafes, restaurants and gyms close by, and the nearest shops are just a short walk away (Spar 0.1 miles, Sainsbury’s 0.3 miles, Lidl 0.4 miles). The rent is also incredibly reasonable for the area at £625 a month.

The flat is a nice layout with two bedrooms and a shared kitchen/living space. My current flatmate will be staying - he’s a young professional who works in the city centre, has a pretty active social life, and is really clean and easy to live with.

It’s a great place for someone who wants to be right in the heart of the city, with everything on your doorstep. Perfect for a young professional working in the centre or nearby who’s looking for a comfortable and social place to live.
