Flatmate wanted - just outside the city centre

My flatmate has had to drop out at the last minute so I'm looking for someone to move in to this 2 bed flat with me in mid November!
Your name would be on the contract alongside mine, we'd be applying for the flat together.

This video is of a model flat in the building. The current tenant is uncomfortable with viewings, so if you wanted a viewing it would be of this model flat and of the rest of the amenities in the building!

In the video, the decorations wouldn't be included, but all of the actual furniture would be! (Bed, mattress, sofas and chairs, tables, chests of drawers, all of that kind of thing are included).

Flat is on the 10th floor, there's a lift. Your room would be the one to the right in the floor plan.

References: You'd need either a job, OR a guarantor who earns at least 42.9k (the rules of the tenancy)

Bedroom walls will be white before we move in.

I've viewed many of the new builds in Manchester and I think this is one of the best value for money 💰
