Room available middle of November

My flatmate is moving back home so looking for someone to move in middle of November.

I'm super friendly and sociable - love a night out but also always up for a movie night in. I work full time, but normally wfh once a week.

Flat is on the 8th floor- building next door is newly built so no more construction noise. I have the ensuite room so the large bathroom would be 100% yours. Bills usually come to about £180/month with council tax, water and electric.

Large open plan living and dining area. Wine fridge separate to main fridge. Big utility room with washer/ dryer. Shared bathroom has built in cabinets and a shower/ bath. The rooms both come with beds (and mattresses), bedside tables and wardrobes.

The building has a lot of amenities included in the cost:
- WiFi included
- 24 hour concierge
- 1st floor residents’ lounge area with coffee machine, with outdoor terrace
- 24/7 Gym
- Cinema room
- 17th floor outdoor terrace
- 43rd floor residents’ lounge, with bar area, tv area, working spaces (and events frequently held)
*the building does have parking, but I think this is an extra cost. There is also a Q Park just down the road.

Flat is 5 min walk from Selfridges, super close to different food shops/ pubs/ places to eat.
