The flat is in M3 5ND, less than 5 minutes’ walk from the Arndale and the city centre – a great location if you want to be close to everything.

You’ll be sharing with one friendly, easy-going flatmate — a 30-year-old graphic designer from Newcastle who mostly keeps to himself but enjoys a chat over dinner or a drink now and then.

Looking for someone tidy, relaxed, and respectful who wants a comfortable central base for a couple of months.

£800 per month, including bills.
