I’m subletting my room in a friendly flatshare in Manchester. I have already paid rent for the first three months (covering 17/9–1/11), so the sublet would cover the remaining months of this period.

This room does not require additional council tax payment (council tax is included / landlord confirmed exemption). A written agreement will be provided.

• You’ll be sharing the flat with two easygoing female flatmates, sharing a tidy bathroom with one of them.
• The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and is located around Market Street / Arndale Center, Gym group. close to shops, cafes, restaurants, and transport.
• The flatmates are sociable but respectful of quiet time, and the flat is kept clean and organised.
• The remaining rent will be formally arranged with the landlord via a contract, so everything is secure and official.

Rent was paid 4 installments (1st already paid))£1000 overpaid - need reimbursement from new tenant.
