Double Room + Your own bathroom in Lovely Flat

Hi! I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in a 2-bed flat in Manchester City Centre.

The room is a cosy double. You’ll have the main bathroom all to yourself, as the other flatmate has an ensuite. The flat has a good-sized kitchen, a spacious living room, and a balcony for some fresh air and morning coffees ☺️

You’ll be sharing with one easygoing, friendly housemate who likes keeping the place tidy and chilled :)

📍 Location: Green Quarter - 10min away from Victoria station, 20min to Ancoats, very central!
💷 Bills: £190 per month all together (council tax, water, electricity, wifi)
📅 Move-in: 4th November (could be available earlier TBC)

References will be required and the agency charges £60 for it.
