My current flatmate is relocating but I love the flat and would like to find someone to take over her room. I’ve been here for almost three years.
The room is a furnished double bedroom with its own bathroom. The apartment has its own large balcony and a spacious living room.
Bills usually come to around £100 each + council tax.
The apartment is located very close to the city center, it's just a 5 minute walk to the Arndale, 10 minute walk to Victoria station and 15 minutes to Spinningfields.
The apartment is clean and well-maintained. My current flatmate and I have become good friends and I’d like to continue so bonus points if you love a glass of wine and socialising.
I currently work full time in a law firm in the city but occasionally work from home so there will be days I’m not in the office.
