Hello! One private ensuite room is available in the city centre in a two bedroom flat, 5 minutes from  Piccadilly. I am moving out and need someone to replace me.
The bedroom is quite large and has a double bed with mattress, wardrobe, two side tables and a chest of drawers. The ensuite includes a bathtub.
The living room and kitchen is fully equipped with two sofa, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven.
Location is really good, Aldi and gym are 2 minutes away. Piccadilly station is 5 minutes. Lots of good restaurants around.
Council tax is about 100 GBP per person.
The flat is suitable for working professional (no students). The flat is non-smoking. You will be sharing the flat with a working professional who is quite chill and social but also respects personal space. Credit and reference check will be carried out by the rental agency. The current contract runs till July 2026 with an option to extend.
The second room is occupied by my friend who is a working professional (he is moving out in December as well, and he will search for a replacement for his room. You do not have to worry about this).
