* The flat is a duplex and the other room is upstairs, so there is a lot of privacy.
* Rent: £700 per month. plus bills which come to around £130 (depending on the month of the year)
Move-in Date 📅 :
From 25th of November. You'll be signing a new lease until August 2026 and then it can be further extended.

*the flat is on Canal Street just across Kampus
*The flat is on the 4th floor (top floor) with elevator.
*Is an area with a very nice vibe and very safe.

*You will be sharing with me (23)
- I work full-time and from home 2 days a week
- I enjoy going for runs
- Love the occasional night out with the girls (happy to have new someone to join!!)
