Double en-suite Manchester CC

Hi I have a fully furnished double room going with its own en suite with floor to ceiling windows. Bedroom has a double bed wardrobe chest of drawers and bed side units. En-suite has a large shower. Located Blackfriars in the spectrum development so it’s not even 5mins walk and your on deansgate. There’s a furnished balcony 72’’ sky glass tv Netflix Disney internet and all the essentials needed to live comfortably. Dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge has 2 sofas so both can comfortably chill out after a long day. I work in hospitality and travel quite a lot so I’m working late and the flat is free most of the time. I have a cat called Priscilla who’s the best Youl love her, she’s hypoallergenic so doesn’t malt. Ideally looking for a housemate that is sociable likes cooking/eating together and having a catchup someone fun and doesn’t hibernate in their room. Someone that works and who will keep the shared space clean and tidy. I’m not wanting to live with someone that works from home - it’s nice to have our own time when the other is working. I like a calm home although I like a pint or four I’m not big on the place having party’s and mates over 24/7 I work long days and want to relax when I’m home.
