There’s no parking included in the rent, but it can be arranged separately through the building if needed.

The flat’s in a really convenient area with plenty of local shops, gyms, cafes and restaurants nearby. Transport links are great — easy access to Piccadilly station which is a 10 minute walk. It’s a calm, safe neighbourhood but close enough to everything you need.

About Me

I’m pretty easygoing, clean and respectful — I work weekdays (3 in office 2 at home). I like hanging out sometimes but also appreciate personal space, so ideally looking for someone similar — friendly, tidy, and reliable with rent and bills.
