Take Over Tenancy (Approx. £700 with bills)

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 2-bed flat. You’d be sharing with my current flatmate, Jack, who’s genuinely easy to live with — friendly, respectful, clean, and keeps to himself but always up for a chat. He works full-time and he’s considerate with noise and shared spaces.

Private bedroom in a 2-bed flat

Rent + bills comes to around £700 per month

Tenancy takeover needed
