Double Bedroom in Modern Apartment

I am going to begin tenancy on this property in November and I am looking for a 2nd tenant to take the 2nd room. The apartment is fully furnished with all appliances.

I currently work full time, all office based work. I am clean and tidy. I like to stay active so I am often busy most weekends. Enjoy going for the occasional drink and don’t mind a chat. Im pretty laid back so not looking for anyone specific, as long as your clean you’re good with me.
