It’s one of Manchester’s original city-centre developments, built around a lovely courtyard with a shared private residents’ patio area by the water. Despite the calm, tucked-away setting, it’s less than a five minutes’ walk to Piccadilly Station and tramstop, and an easy stroll to Ancoats and the Northern Quarter.
