Hi girls! I’m currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy, please see below details share by my flatmate

Hey! I'm Mylah and I am renting a bedroom and bathroom in a 2bed 2bath flat! The Bedroom is on the 14th floor with spectacular views facing the city and a river (I haven't added photos of my bedroom and bathroom to avoid confusion).
You will have the main large bathroom to yourself and the apartment has a very spacious living room and large kitchen area. It's a beautiful, spacious flat in Manchester City Centre, only a 10 min walk to the Arndale, and 15 min walk to NQ/ Ancoats so a prime location!
The building comes with many Amenities such as:
Newly refurbished gym in the building
Roof terrace
Sky lounge on the 43rd floor
Cinema room
Parking at an extra cost
24/7 Concierge for security and Parcel Collection
The room is available from 30th November

£787.50/ month which includes wifi. The Council tax is Band D and water £55 and Electric would be circa £100-£130 a month. These bills will of course be split equally between us.
There is a security deposit amount of £865.38.
I work a 9-5 so ideally I’d want someone with the same schedule.
You will need to pass referencing and be able to pay the deposit before the 30th Nov and mind you the rent is due of the 1st of each month (so 1st Dec first rent).
I'm looking for a fun, professional and clean housemate to move in. No smokers please!
