Short-Term Sublet Available – Manchester City Centre (Jan–Apr)

I am looking to sublet my apartment room for approximately three months, from 5 January to 5 April, with flexibility of 1–2 weeks on either side if required.

Rent & Bills
• Rent: £725 per month
• Bills: Approximately £150 per month, covering utilities and other household costs
• Total monthly cost: Around £875, depending on usage

Bills are shared and may vary slightly based on usage, but £150 is a reasonable estimate.

Location
The apartment is located in Manchester city centre, just one minute from Primark. Everything is extremely close by, including the Arndale Shopping Centre, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, tram and bus stops, and Manchester Piccadilly Station, all within a five-minute walk.

• Shared kitchen, which is usually available as I rarely cook
• Quiet and relaxed living environment

About Me
I am social, friendly, clean, and respectful of personal space. I mainly work from the office, so I am out most of the day and the apartment is generally quiet.
