Hey, I'm looking for a flatmate to take over the 2nd bedroom in my 2 bed, 2 bath flat located in Greengate. The flat comes fully furnished, is on the 13th floor and the room is a double room with access to your own large bathroom as well as the shared kitchen and living room space.
The monthly rent is £1380 however as I will be having the slightly bigger bedroom and en-suite bathroom. I am happy to pay slightly more hence your rent will be £655 pcm (not including council tax or bills)
The flat is ideally located in the M3/City centre area and is a short 5 minute walk away from the Arndale, Market Street and has nearby transport links. The flat also comes with a 24hr concierge, gym, courtyard area, residential lounge/communal area with free WI-FI, tea and coffee. There is also the possibility of underground parking below the building for an additional cost.

A bit about me:
Hey, I'm Matt I'm a young professional, I went to uni in Manchester and recently graduated in July. I have just secured a job as a Band 5 Physiotherapist within the NHS in Rochdale and start on the 1st December which is why I have had to put down a deposit on a flat pretty quickly and will be moving in on the 24th November and will be out of the flat 5 days a week while at work. I am clean, tidy, respectful. I enjoy staying in and doing activities some of the time but also enjoy meeting up with mates at the weekend to go out for a few drinks.
