A furnished double room available 15 mins walk away from Manchester City Centre. Manchester Picadilly train station is also a 10 mins walk away and the New Islington tram stop is a 5 min walk away.

The room has it's own bathroom as the other bedroom has an ensuite in it. The bedroom has a double bed in it and has a full cupboard, big set of drawers and a small set of drawers.

The current roommate is full-time professional working in town and is quite relaxed and mainly keeps to himself. He enjoys hiking and going on runs but also doesn't just mind a chill night in with some takeaway. He works from home about 3 days a week and works in town on the other 2. He'd prefer someone that doesn't make too much noise after 10PM and isn't much of a party animal or plays loud music at all hours.

The council tax band is C and the total rent per person, including the bills, comes to about £750 per month.
