Hey everyone! 👋

We have a lovely double room available in our modern 3-bed new-build apartment right in Manchester City Centre. You’ll be sharing with two friendly, easygoing housemates who enjoy a good balance between being social and respecting each other’s space. We love to chill watching TV and going out to bars (sometimes) on the weekends, would be lovely to have someone move in that would not just be a house mate but also friends 🩷

The apartment is bright, clean, and stylish, with spacious open-plan living, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with great city views. There’s also fast Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and all the usual amenities you’d expect in a new build.

We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy, and considerate, someone who’s up for the occasional chat, maybe a Netflix night or glass of wine, but also appreciates downtime and a calm home vibe.

📍 Location: Super central just a short walk to shops, cafes, bars, and transport links. Perfect if you work in the city!
