Room in 2 bed flat in green quarter

I’m looking for someone to move into my 2 bed flat in the northern quarter (council tax band D). The move-in date is flexible from mid-December to early January. The building is lovely, with a concierge and a roof terrace. I’m pretty easy going and fun-loving so I’m looking for someone on a similar wavelength! On weeknights you’ll mostly find me at the gym putting in lots of effort for minimal progress. Some of my other hobbies are reading, gigs and eating too many sweets. I’m very sociable and love to go out for meals/drinks but I tend to mostly keep that to the weekends. I set off pretty early during the week as I work as a doctor in Bradford Monday to Friday, so please bear that in mind. Feel free to ask if you have any questions :)
