Looking to find a flatmate to fill the spare room in a 2 bed top floor apartment located in the Northern Quarter. The flat is a 2 minute walk to the Arndale and 1 minute to Shudehill bus/tram station.

It's a shared bathroom but has separate showers.

Looking to find someone clean and tidy.
If you're interested in the room I recommend coming to see it and hash out the finer details. Bills will be roughly £200 a month including council tax which is band D.

This is not a sublet, you will be added to the tenancy agreement.

There will be a referencing process with the letting agency that would require the following to pass:
