It's a single shared bathroom with seperate showers.
Looking to find someone clean and tidy, happy to chill but wouldn't mind the occasional trip to the pub!
If you're interested in the room I recommend coming to see it, then if you like it we can grab a pint and hash out the finer details. Bills will be roughly £200 a month, happy to hash this out over a pint too. Council tax is band D.
This is not a sublet, you will be added to the tennancy agreement which runs until July 2026 with options to renew.
