Hi, I’m looking for a male postgraduate student to take over my room in Piccadilly Point. It’s an en-suite room in a postgraduate flat, located right beside Manchester Piccadilly Station — very central and easy for transport, shops, and uni access. The building has a gym, games room (pool table), study spaces, and 24/7 reception, which is handy for anyone who wants central, secure postgraduate accommodation.

The takeover would be for the remainder of the academic year, until late June 2026.
Because the first instalment has already been paid, your payments would only start from the date you move in, so the average weekly cost works out lower than advertised if you take over soon.

Requirements (from UoM):
– Male
– Postgraduate student
– Not currently living in university halls
