I’m looking for a new flat mate to take a spare double room in my flat in New Islington.
The location is unbeatable — it’s close to Manchester city centre and just a 10 minute walk to Piccadilly station. It’s 5 minutes from New Islington tram stop and a close to a selection of bars, restaurants as well as a nearby Aldi.

The flat is modern, bright and spacious, with:
- A clean, fully tiled bathroom with bath + overhead shower
- A large shared kitchen and sitting room with lots of workspace

👤 About Me

I’m 22 and I work full-time as a project manager in Manchester, typically going into the office 4 days a week. I love football and indie music and I like to go out once a week. I’m sociable and easygoing, but also respectful of people’s space and routine. I’ve been living away from home since I was 18 so I’m used to having a flat mate, and ideally I want to live with someone I can be pals with, as I’m still relatively new to the city.

Bills: circa £125 pcm
Parking: private space included in secure underground garage
Move-in date: mid-Dec at the earliest
