The flat is fully furnished and you will have your own ensuite! The apartment also has a huge balcony.
The building is Chapel Wharf and has 24/7 concierge, two story gym, and is in a really great city centre location.
Rent is £775 pp and bills have never come to more than £200 each (including council tax, water and electricity) Wifi is included in the rent
I have lived here for a year and really love it. I am 26 and originally from New Zealand and would be looking for someone likeminded I could also be friends with. I work full time from the office, like to stay active in my spare time. I do enjoy the odd night out or an after work pint and a girls night but also love curling up on the couch and watching some good reality TV.
Move in date is TBC but likely to be end of Jan/start of Feb
