I’m taking time away from university and I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
Classic en-suite room at Millpoint Unite students with a shared kitchen.
Rent is 202 pcw all bills included until the 6th of September 2026, and I am willing to cover the rent for the first month.
The accommodation is one of the closest university accommodations to the manchester city centre and is in very close proximity to everything.
Location; - M1 2AR postcode - 2 minute walk from piccadilly station - 12 minute walk from Manchester Metropolitan/ University of Manchester campuses - 5 minute walk from UCFB - 5 minute walk from central Manchester/ Piccadilly Gardens - 10 minute walk from Manchester Arndale shopping centre, with access to lots of shops and restaurants in the area! Features of the accommodation; - on site parking - flat screen TV in the kitchen - access to a free gym - common room area with a pool table - on site laundromat - courtyard area - 24/7 reception and security on site

There are no additional requirements other than being a full time student (undergraduate and postgraduate both welcome, of any gender:))
