Tenancy takeover - Millpoint Unite Students

I’m taking time away from university and I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

Classic en-suite room at Millpoint Unite students with a shared kitchen.

Rent is 202 pcw all bills included until the 6th of September 2026, and I have already covered the first of the three instalments.

The accommodation is one of the closest university accommodations to the manchester city centre and is in very close proximity to everything;

2 minute walk from piccadilly station
12 minute walk from the Manchester Metropolitan campus
15-20 minute walk from the University of Manchester campus
5 minute walk from the UCFB

There are no additional requirements other than being a full time student (undergraduate and postgraduate both welcome, of any gender:))

The flatmates are all super nice and respectful and the staff are very helpful and supportive.
The room is very spacious with really fast wifi.
