Oxford road city Centre apartment available now!

I’m moving out and need someone to take over my tenancy for 1 month and then you can definitely extend the tenancy as well for whatever period suits you.
The month I’m looking for someone to takeover is from 17th December to 17th January (the room is available now though you don’t have to pay extra if you move in before 17th Dec 🙂)
My flatmates a nice clean guy loves music and cooking and very friendly.
It’s an easy going space 2 minutes away from Oxford station for only £600 a month and bills come out to around £200 every month.
