Hey, my name's Toby, and I'm looking to find a flatmate to move into the second bedroom in my apartment. Its a lovely 2 bed 2 bath that gets lots of sun all day as its east facing on the 25th floor. The flat is in Swan Street House which has lots of nice ammenities such as a gym, co-working spaces, cinema room etc.
The bedroom has a king sized ottoman bed with under bed storage as well as a built in wardrobe. The room comes with two side tables either side of the bed (desk isn't included from the photo). Its not an en-suite but there is a large bathroom (with a bath/shower) right next to it.
About me, I'm 23 and went to the Uni of Manchester and have been working in the city for the last couple of years. I'd like a flatmate that I get on well with so I'd be happy to grab a drink or coffee to get to know each other.
The room can be made available at very short notice and the current tenancty runs until March 2026.
