Description
We’re looking for a third flat mate to move in with two guys who’s easy going, up for a bit of company and tidy. We enjoy going to the gym, socialising, grabbing a drink and watching Tv shows / movies during the evenings; also happy to respect privacy.
The flat is in the Meadowside in a nice quiet area next to angel meadows park so has lots of greenery nearby but is also only a 10 minute walk to the Arndale centre or 15 minutes to NQ. The building also has a co-working space with a balcony and a gym included in the rent.
We need a tenant ideally willing to move in on or before 11th January.
Council Tax is Band E
Rent is £666
Bills are approximately £150 a month on top of the rent.
Bathroom is shared with one other flatmate.
