En-suite double bedroom available in shared flat from February 1st 2026!
Due to a change in personal circumstances, I am looking to leave my shared flat in the Green Quarter. I have lived in this development for 2 years and it's such a lovely community, and fantastic for those working in or around Manchester city centre, as it is right next to Victoria train station and Shudehill bus interchange, as well as other tram and bus links. Secure gated entrances with communal gardens out front, and a range of cute bars and restaurants directly opposite the flat (and a Co-op about 2 minutes away!).
The flat is on the 6th floor and is in the middle of the hallway, so barely any noise from foot traffic to/from the lifts on either end. Walls are soundproofed and had no issue with neighbours; there's a very friendly Facebook group for Green Quarter residents where people post about taking in parcels or spare furniture, things like that!
The room itself is a very spacious double, furnished with bed, wardrobes, hanging rail and chest of drawers. Some other furniture bits can be left too if you would like :) It also has its own en-suite bathroom with step-in shower, toilet, sink, and heated towel rail.
The living room and kitchen is open plan, with an integrated dishwasher, separate fridges, under-counter freezer and plenty of cupboard space, as well as separate utility cupboards for storage and the combi washer/dryer (in the hallway). The flat is already furnished with two comfy sofas, a dining table and chair, coffee table and TV stand. There is also a cute little balcony overlooking the railway and into the lovely lights of the city, and there is very little noise from trains/city life surprisingly! You'll be sharing with a lovely single professional female housemate, who is into climbing, art, and cinema, and would be down to head to the pub after work. Queer-friendly household!
