A bright, spacious double room with its own main bathroom is available from the end of January in our 3-bedroom flat in the city centre. The room is fully furnished, with ample storage: a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and a desk with a chair.

The flat has a cosy living room with sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and two balconies, one full and one half, overlooking the canal. You’d be sharing the flat with a friendly 23-year-old working professional. The building has a lift, and the flat is on the 4th floor.

Rent is £750 per month, with bills around £50–£60 (excluding council tax).

Aldi, PureGym, Sainsbury’s, numerous restaurants, and great shopping options are all within a 5–10 minute walk, and Piccadilly Station is just 8 minutes away, making the location highly convenient.

I’m only moving out to live with family; otherwise, this has been a fantastic place to stay.

There’s also a third room in the flat that is currently empty, so if two people are looking to move in together, we can speak to the landlord about renting that extra room as well.
